From state-of-the-art home automation systems, lighting design and system integration, to the marketing of corporate jets to Fortune 500 corporations, he has developed a number of successful national marketing plans for major clients over the years.
Mr. Dixon served as Vice-President of Sales for Midwest Aircraft Corporation of Chicago, a full line Cessna, Aerostar, Aero Commander and Mooney Aircraft dealer. Mr. Dixon was also VP Sales, Corporate Jets Division, for Churchill Aeronautical Group of Indianapolis, Indiana and Houston, Texas and Vice-President of Sales at Aviation Services International, spanning New York, San Francisco, and London, England.

ANDY EBONA | In 2014 Andrew (Andy) Ebona joined The Native Beverage Group team as the Vice President of Business Development and a Shareholder.
Andy is Native American and a citizen of the Tlingit Tribe in Alaska, where he previously held the Tribal positions of Executive Director and Vice-chairman of the Executive Council. For the past 14 years Andy has served on the board of NIGA (National Indian Gaming Association) and for the past 2 years he has held the position of Treasurer. In addition to his Tribal and NIGA responsibilities, Andy is also the Owner of Copper Shield Consulting LLC which works with Tribes and villages on economic and community development projects. Andy has served in several capacities of many Native American groups for the past 40 years, including Executive Director of the National Congress of American Indians and Executive Director of the United Indian Planners Association, both out of Washington DC. Andy has very strong social and business relationships with many of the Tribal leaders and Casino Owners and Directors. He is very well known and respected within the American Indian community with which Andy has an excellent history and reputation.

ROB FABRY | Robert Fabry has over 30 years of business experience to include roles in marketing, management, operations, human resources and executive search.
He has spent the past 20 years with Prince, Perelson and Associates, a regional boutique search firm operating in the Intermountain West. Tasked with establishing and growing the firm’s IT team to capitalize on Utah’s booming technology market, the team today is flourishing and the company is enjoying the best year in their 23 year history. Mr. Fabry will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the corporation. He will also participate in the development and implementation of business strategies, going forward.

BRIAN KULPACA | Mr. Kulpaca holds a B.S. degree in Finance from Arizona State University and has built a successful real estate and real estate investment business over the past 25 years. Mr. Kulpaca also spent time with L-3 Communications as a Contract Specialist where he played an integral role with risk assessment, product pricing and bottom line profitability for several high profile projects/products.
Mr. Kulpaca will be charged with the day to day financial responsibilities for the company to include business strategy and company vision. |

LLYN WILLIAMS | Llyn Williams is responsible for locating and securing contracts for wines & spirits outside of North America.
Mr. Williams responsibilities include working with the owners of wineries and distilleries to make sure their production is adequate to meet supply demands. He currently resides in Sydney, Australia. He will also be assisting NATIVE to introduce their Native American branded products in Asia and Pacific Rim countries including Hong Kong, China and Australia. Sourcing products from Australia, Europe and other Pacific Rim countries will be a high priority. Mr. Williams has represented a number of multi-national companies doing business in Hong Kong and China and has 40 years of experience in international trade. |

MAX FULLER | Max Fuller will be responsible for locating and securing contracts for wines and spirits within North America (Canada, USA & Mexico).
Mr. Fuller has an extensive background in civil engineering, sales and marketing, financing and banking. Until end September 2012, Mr. Fuller resided in Jalisco, Mexico where he was responsible for sourcing Tequila. His responsibilities include working with the owners of wineries and distilleries to make sure their production is adequate to meet supply demands. He will also ensure they are properly planning for future orders with correct quantities of base products being produced and where appropriate, set aside to be aged properly in order to accommodate future orders |
